Description
Windsor Cherry finish on multiple species of hardwoodsand veneers. Swan neck pediment: three carved finials; three carved rosettes;carved finial shell; book matched burl with floral inlays framed with inlaidborder. Ornate polished brass, Roman numeral dial features custom cast corners,center, and moon arch ornaments. Decorative polished brass-finished lyre pendulum (cast center disk with a spunsilver background) and weight shells embellished with decorative bands with asilver-tone background.
Detailed Design: Grand Bombé base with carved moldings and decorative cut outframed with carved floral motifs. Book-matched burl with floral inlays framedwith inlaid border on front and sides. Beveled glass throughout. Large reedswith carved acanthus accent moldings and intricately carved acanthus columncaps. Upper and lower doors feature figured veneer burl with complementingmarquetry. Designed by Chris Bergelin.
Heirloom: Cast center disk is numbered and includes a removable engraving plate for personal inscriptions. Special brass finished moon phase with “Limited Edition” inscription across the hemispheres.
Chimes: High-precision, cable-driven, triple-melody, nine-tubular chimemovement features 36 bushings (24 bronze and 12 jeweled) and plays a choice of Westminster,St. Michael, or Whittington ¼, ½, and ¾ chimes accordingly, with full chime andstrike on the hour. Automatic nighttime shut-off option.
