NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Sponsor This giveaway is operated by Howard Miller and its marketing partners.

  2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of The United States Of America lower 48 states, aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Howard Miller or its affiliates are not eligible. 

  3. How to Enter - Submit your email address via the official entry form = 1 entry - Submit your phone number (optional) = +1 bonus entry Limit two (2) total entries per person, per giveaway. No purchase or payment required. 

  4. Entry Period The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on August 25th 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 30th 2025. 100 winners will be selected at the end of the allotted giveaway period. Winner selection will be completely random. 

  5. Prizes Each daily winner will receive one (1) Howard Miller Landon Tabletop Clock, approximate retail value: $90 USD. A total of 100 clocks will be given away after 30 days. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternatives, and subject to availability. 

  6. Winner Selection & Notification Winners are selected via random draw from all eligible entries received up to that point. Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected. 

  7. General Conditions By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to receive marketing communications from Howard Miller (you may unsubscribe at any time). Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Howard Miller reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.
